our normal business hours with emergency 24 support as needed. 

Fire/Life Safety/Security companies have been categorized as essential businesses that

need to remain available in order to maintain critical infrastructure and public safety.

For the Safety of Your Family/Employees & Our staff, 

Service Calls and Installations will be assessed as if essential and/or at low risk of

 COVID-19 infection based on the current CDC guidelines.

Upon arriving at any location, our technician(s) will assess if he/she feels the situation is high or low risk.
Providing service on any system or for any client, will be solely at the technician's discretion.  
If he/she feels it is not safe for all parties involved to be in 
semi-close proximity of each other, service will be rescheduled to a later date.

Technicians have been educated on the safe practices of interacting with the public

and have been provided with gloves to be used at their discretion and/or your request.

Our goal is to practice the currently recommended safety precautions

and maintain appropriate social distancing as recommended by the CDC. 

We ask our clients to please observe the same guidelines while our staff is onsite.

Integrity Systems Response to the CDC Recommendations Include:

Our technicians will:

1) Maintain 6 foot distance from others.

2) Wear protective gloves when handling objects within client's homes/businesses


wash their hands upon arrival for your protection and wash hands before departure for the technicians protection.

3) Avoid touching eyes, nose or mouth.

4) If necessary to Cough or Sneeze, do so into your elbow.

5) Routinely wash hands for a minimum of 20 seconds.
